Of Ministry Of Construction & Housing has headed a meeting to discuss Resolution 347 regarding treating stopped projects due to shortage of funding .
Also the meeting included that :
- Expanding non-releasing letter of indemnity of company's well performance which are supervised by ministry 's directorates , in which the companies lost a lot due to expanding it in the banks , so the ministry issued directionsto release letter of indemnity of company's according to the decision mentioned above .
Therefore , Directorate Of Buildings will pay a visit to ministry of planning to debate possibility of releasing letter of indemnity if the companies are in debt .
It is worth mentioning that the decree 347 deals with stopped projects for ministry due to shortage of funding
By compromising between the Contractors or the freezing until the funding is available .
